The 3rd arrondissement(district) of Paris is blessed with many hip cafes, restaurants and shops among other things. Art lovers are lured here by the Musée Picasso and science and history buffs are drawn to the very interesting Musée des Arts et Métiers. There is also the lively Marché des Enfants Rouge to hold your interest.
