What is 'Le-Bus Direct'?
(Formerly 'Les Cars' Air France) Le-Bus Direct are air-conditioned coaches that operate a shuttle service every half hour, seven days a week between the city of Paris and Charles-de-Gaulle airport to 5 city centre locations and to Orly airport,on 3 routes. They have good baggage compartments plus you get assistance with handling your luggage.On-board the coaches have wifi and a USB charging port in every seat. The disadvantage is you do not get taken directly to your final destination such as your hotel in Paris but the stops in the city are next to Metro and railway stations so you can easily access other transport options if you are continuing on your journey. How do I catch Le-Bus Direct at CDG airport?
Once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage look for the signs in the airport (vers = in the direction of ) to get to the coach relevant to your final destination within the city. There are 3 colour coded lines or routes from Charles de Gaulle Airport, you should plan ahead to check which of the routes best suits your final destination or plans. Buy your ticket at 'Les Cars' Air France counter in the terminals (all except 2G) or pay the driver as you board. There is also an option to buy online.
