how to get from cdg airport to orly airport by train
A practical and less expensive way to make the transfer from CDG to Orly, especially if you are 'travelling light', is my using the RER train service from within Charles de Gaulle Airport, combined with a short trip on the OrlyVal shuttle train to Orly airport itself. This service takes you through the centre of Paris - you stay on until the station named 'Antony' where you pick up the OrlyVal shuttle a dedicated service to Paris Orly. The shuttle train stops at TI (for T!,T2&T3) and then at T4. Journey time is about about an hour. The service runs between 6am and 11pm. Below are links to photo guides to help you navigate the journey.
This is perhaps less convenient than a taxi as they handle your luggage, whereas you have to take it through a few turnstiles and up and down stairs on the train trip.

The combined fare RER + OrlyVal is € 21.80 for adults.
