by train from paris to orlyThere is no direct train/metro service to Orly Airport from central Paris
You have two options of taking the train using the RER train network. The quickest route is to take the RER B train in the direction of 'Saint Remy les Chevreuse' to 'Antony' station and from there ride the 'OrlyVal' shuttle train to the airport. As we have said, there is no direct train from the centre of Paris to Orly Airport, you have to use a combination of the RER train and the OrlyVal shuttle train to the airport.
To use this RER train to get you from central Paris you first have to access the RER B line from within the city. There are a number of options with good metro and other RER connections. Your choice will depend on where you have been staying in the city.
Within the RER stations look for the signs in the direction of 'Antony' station or 'Saint-Remy-lés-Chevreuse' on line B.
Do not take trains marked B2 Robinson as they split away before 'Antony' station, although if you do find yourself on this, all is not lost as you can get off at 'Bourg-la-Reine',or any stop before it, and pick up the correct train.
As the train approaches the overhead display will show the destination stations.
Once you arrive at 'Antony' station the airport and OrlyVal shuttle are well signposted.
Remember arrows pointing down mean straight ahead.
The OrlyVal shuttle train stops at two stops one for terminal 1,2 & 3 and one at terminal 4 where you can make you way from the shuttle train to the terminals via short walkways.
The other option, if your accommodation is near the line, is to take the RER C train to 'Pont de Rungis Aéroport d'Orly' station and then take the 'GO C Paris' shuttle bus to Paris-Orly Airport.
