France is well served by its airports, with international airports at major city locations and an excellent selection of regional airports countrywide. Its capital city, Paris, is also its most popular destination and is served by three airports. The main two commercial airports are Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly (ORY). Charles de Gaulle is the main international airport, served by Air France, and other major world airlines. Paris Orly is the busiest airport for domestic traffic and the second busiest overall in passenger traffic. The third airport is at Beauvais which is actually 90 km northwest of the city. It is mostly used by charter and low-cost airlines and offers a regular coach service to Paris.
